Are You Grieving?
Grief is something that we all have grappled with in one way or the other. Grief isn’t something that we just get over, but it is like that house guest that we learn to live with, as we attempt to move forward with our lives. Grief entails all types of loss, such as, a divorce, infertility, estranged from family members, the end of a friendship, job termination, and etc.
Stop Being So Emotional!
Emotions are neither good nor bad. They are communicating to us some of the traumatic wounds that may be coming up for us in moments of sadness, elation, and anxiety.
